What is a facility entity?
A facility entity can be a building, a room within a building, an object, or an appliance. Plans are limited to a total number of facility entities, so if you signed up the the Light plan you could have 300 buildings and 0 objects, or you could have 1 building and 299 objects – or anything in between.
What am I signing up for?
A suite of powerful, intuitive web apps that enable you to monitor and manage your facility management operation in real-time. Juno tells you straight away – Whats going on right now? What are the problems, what is the status of the planning? Were are the people working on? How much time are they spending? All these and more answered with Juno.
Payment via Invoice
Just pay the invoice we send you by e-mail. You won’t be billed until the end of your free trial. Cancel any time. So you can be assured you’re safe doing business with us.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Head over to Settings once you’re signed in and you’ll be able to see which plan you’re currently on and upgrade or downgrade to any other plan in seconds.
What is the 30 day free trial?
When you sign up you’ll get a completely free 30 day trial. If you’re not happy you can cancel at any time in those 30 days and won’t be charged anything.
What happens when I reach my plan’s limit?
Juno will notify you immediately so you can decide to upgrade or not.
Am I tied into a contract when signing up?
Absolutely not. After your free trial, we’ll bill you once every month. You can cancel at any time – when you cancel, we’ll bill you for the remainder of the month and never charge you again.
